Affordable Dental and Vision Coverage
Ameritas PrimeStar® individual dental plans offer next-day coverage with no enrollment fees. Most plans have no waiting periods. Preventive visits, including exams and cleanings, are covered at 100%. Some plans also include additional benefits like orthodontia and hearing care.
Ameritas PrimeStar vision plans can be purchased separately or added to PrimeStar dental plans. They offer next-day coverage, no waiting periods, and no enrollment fees. Choose from VSP or Eyemed vision networks in most states. All plans include coverage for eye exams and eyewear, such as glasses and contact lenses.
